Balvonie Marlborough Prosecco Rosé 2025 Methode Traditionnelle

A lovely expression of Rosé MT made with the glera grape and a small portion of Pinot Noir for hue and depth. The aromas are both classic and enticing with fresh pinot-like aromas of white and pale red cherry then bright white fleshed fruits of apple and pear. A rush of mousse as the wine touches the palate then contrasts from the acidity, which is fresh and bright, to the core fruits flavours of pomaceous and pink skinned orchard [red skinned fruits]. Balanced and well made, there’s delicacy too, great drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
