A balanced, even and enticing bouquet of fresh grapefruit peel and yellow apple, there’s a stone fruit quality as well as a leesy autolysis that builds complexity on the nose and follows through on the palate. A refreshing, plush textured and fruity expression with plenty of bubble in a bold mousse. The acid line is excellent carrying fruit flavours especially the citrus then a touch of stone fruit and bread. Best drinking from 2026 through 2028.
