A classic wine, Riesling at its best from the Pewsey Vale team. Aromas and flavours of fresh pomaceous fruits and citrus. Apples flesh and lemon squeeze, a fine leesy quality framed by acidity and tension, a wine of poise and intent, youthful and enticement. Floral and new, poised for ageing or enjoyment from day of purchase. An excellent aperitif style. Needs some cellar time so best enjoyed from 2030 through 2038.
