Tohu 'Matangi' Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2025, Marlborough

A lovely complex bouquet with a mineral centric lead showing scents of stone and wind-blown soils then aromas of red apples and peach, citrus and a layers of leesy oatmeal ideas. Dry with a flinty gentle reductive quality, flavours of orchard fruits reflect the bouquet with the citrus grapefruit reaching the highest point. Great acid line and length, complexity and loaded with charm. Best dirnking from day of purchase through 2031+.
