Classic, crisp and dry with a backbone of acidity a leesy seam with flavours of pomaceous fruits including apple and pear. After a time in glass there’s a steely mineral and white apricot quality adding breadth and depth. Persistent and salivating and tasting again on day three this wine remains delicious. Best drinking alongside fresh salty seafood, or something light and crunchy, best drinking from day of purchase through 2030.
