A lovely wine with classic scents and flavours of gooseberry and green apple, a mix of peach and passionfruit, grapefruit and a soft seam of fruit spice. Crisp and just dry with a core of citrus and tropical fruit flavours, apple and lime. The herbaceous quality simmers in the background. Acidity adds texture and length. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028+.
