Whitehaven Riesling 2024, Marlborough

Fragrant bouquet with scents of green and red apple, lime and green mandarin. White rose and fruit spice, wet pebble mineral and pineapple. Taut and fresh, high acidity with a contrasting residual sweetness that infiltrates the palate slowly to deliver a bight and refreshing example with plenty of energy and youthful power. A wine that needs time to settle and develop, which I am confident it will. Best drinking from 2027 through 2034+.
