Leefield Station Pinot Gris 2025, Marlborough

A lovely wine, taut and just dry, a core of ripe red apple and green pear flavours, there’s a whisper of honeysuckle and quince along with a gentle white spice quality. Medium-weighted with a decent line of acidity carrying core pomaceous fruit flavours and fine citrus quality suggesting lemon skin. Salivating and fresh, nice length and intensity, well made and ready to drink mid 2026 and through 2028.
