A delicious wine, first with a bouquet of white rose and blossoms, apple and pear, red apple and a wet stone mineral quality. A whisper of spice adds breadth, complexity and enticement. Secondly, this is a dry wine touches the palate with a ripe core of lemon and yellow lime, some pineapple and apple flavours. High acidity, ripe, fresh and delicious. A young wine that needs time to finish settling. Best drinking from late 2026 through 2031+.
