Taut, saline, crisp, mineral textured then fruity. Pears and apples, some white fleshed stone fruits, little to no oak, old at best. Textured, crisp, dry and food friendly. A wine that is ready to drink from day pf purchase, will please a range of palates and last for at least 203 years if cellared.
