Volcanic Hills Rosé 2025, Hawkes Bay

Salmon and apricot hues with a silver polish lead to a bouquet of fresh apple and pear, mandarin peel and minerality. A finer layer of cranberry and raspberry leaf emerge as the wine opens out in glass. On the palate the wine suggest flavours of ripe grapefruit and red apple then some cranberry then other qualities like mineral and spice. Balanced and well made with best drinking from 2025 through 2027.
