Aromas and flavours of fresh cherry and raspberry, there’s light mineral wet stone quality and floral highlight. Crisp and just dry with plenty of acidity and bite leading to more flavours of fruit then a leesy texture and fine chalky fruit tannins. Balanced and well made, ready for a NZ summer late 2025 through January 2027.
