Tamar Ridge Pinot Noir 2023, Tasmania

Ripe and fruity, varietal and new with a bouquet and palate plums and raspberry, dark cherry and a mix of barrel spice and stony clay earth combination. A taut and youthful wine with some development needed. Firm tannins with polish and power, and medium+ acid line. Well made, just youthful needing a wine cellar for 2+ years or higher protein food.
