Tamar Ridge Pinot Noir 2024, Single Block Kayena, Tasmania

Tasted over 3 days this wine has a fragrant, almost delicate core with scents and flavours of fresh cherry and strawberry, spice and mineral earth combinations and a generous fine purity. Tannins and very polished and easily dissolved on the palate, acidity delivers backbone and freshness. Well made, lengthy with a fine core and varietal intrigue. Best drinking from late 2026 through 2032+
