Aromas and flavours of gooseberry and peach, hay and apple, a fine lees quality is enhanced by a vibrant acid line and length. As the wine opens out in glass the flavours and textures of apples and grapefruit begin to emerge as well some familiar tropical fruits. Balanced, even, well made and ready to drink from 2025 through 2026.
