The acid line delivers a definite squeeze on the palate and frames the core fruit flavours well leaving behind a light saline quality and stony mineral echo. An excellent choice with fresh oysters or salty preserved meats. Youthful and taut, well made and salivating. Best drinking from 2025 through 2030.
