Mount Brown Estates Sauvignon Blanc 2025, North Canterbury

Nice and pungent with a touch of white smoke then ripe pomaceous fruits and citrus. A mix of apple and green pear then pineapple and fresh gooseberry, a whisper of flint and stone then mineral. Crisp and dry, youthful and high energy with a backbone of acidity, salivating with a lick of salinity then fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. Taut and new with best drinking from late 2025 through 2027.
