Misty Cove Wines Landmark Series Gewürz 2025, Marlborough

Aromatic, floral and saline bouquet with a fruit bowl of pomaceous fruits form apples to pears then cinnamon and nutmeg and leesy complexity. The floral and pretty side of this style is not forgotten with a white rose and jasmine suggestion. Warm and generous on the palate, contrasting textures from phenolics and acidity frame the fruit core. A nice wine with food in mind with pair with equally fleshy and exotic dishes, nothing with chili spices though. Best from 2025 through 2029.
