An expressive and classic example from the VM team with accents on lime and lemon then a lemonade lemon quality. A dry wine on the finish with backbone of acidity accentuating flavours of citrus and green apple then a light mineral quality. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029. A decent choice when looking for an aperitif style or a wine to go with fresh oyster and crayfish.
