A delicate yet fruity bouquet of red apple and raspberries then greywacke stone and a touch of pepper. There’s floral lift and youthful energy. On the palate a dry wine with a core of fruit flavours that follow the bouquet, there’s tautness and youthful with a vibrant acid line and superfine tannin mouthfeel. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2025 through December 2026+.
