Elephant Hill Chardonnay 2024, Hawke's Bay

A delicious wine, taut and dry with core flavours of ripe grapefruit and white nectarine, there’s a sea-spray quality then flavours of mineral and stone, red apple and leesy complexities. Palate textures include a fine tannins and medium+ acidity which also frame the core fruit flavours of pomaceous and stone fruits. Well made, youthful and ready to drink from mid to late 2026 through 2033.
