A delicious wine with flavours of lime and red apple, lemon quench and fresh stony mineral qualities. An off-dry example with a backbone of acidity to contrast the residual sweetness. Core flavours of citrus and pomaceous fruits are persistent with acidity carrying flavours throughout the palate. Best drinking from 2025 through 2032+.
