An intriguing bouquet of lees and fresh pomaceous fruits, some barrel ferment scents and flavours, a gentle creamy smoke and earth layer then some familiar topical and citrus flavours. Crisp and just dry with a satin touch, delicious mouthwatering and lengthy. A wine to just enjoy on its own or with seafood dishes. Best from 2025 through 2028.
