Coopers Creek Reserve Syrah 2020, Hawkes Bay

I tasted this wine back in July and my opinion of this wine remains the same: Smoke and oak, dark plum and black currant bush, raspberry compote, dry with firm tannins and plenty of acidity, some bitter chocolate and marmite layers then back to fruit. Firm, dry and ready to drink with food from late 2025 through 2030.
