Wet Jacket Rosé 2024, Central Otago

A lovely purity of fruit leads the bouquet with scents of peach then roses, pink apple then cherry, some raspberry then a fine lees suggestion. Crisp and fresh, a luscious acid line with core flavours of red berries and apple, mineral and fruit spice. The wine finishes with more white fleshed fruit flavours and citrus peel. Well made with a pure-fruited, lengthy finish. Best drinking from 2025 through 2027.
