An enticing bouquet with richness, complexity and power. Aromas and flavours of spiced plum and cherry, there’s a strawberry compote idea with layers of new barrel smoke and spice. The mouthfeel is excellent with a firmness of texture, polished, chalky tannins and medium+ acid line surrounding core fruit flavours. With each sip the wine opens out just a little more showcasing its origins, sense of site and time. ON its own or with food this wine is well made with best drinking from late 2027 through 2033.
