Hawkshead Riesling 2024, Central Otago

Delicious, just dry with a core of pears and lemon then yellow apple and white spices. Some leesy phenolics then mineral and sweet fruits then stone. Balanced, fruity mandarin and some lime-flower. Ready from 2025 through 2030. Great drinking on its own or with food.
