Champagne Telmont Réserve Brut NV, France
A bouquet of bricohe and biscuit then roasted apple and white stone fruit ideas. The Autolysis is nice ingrained throughout the bouquet. Complex and developing. On the palate a crisp dry wine with a soft mousse and medium++ acid line. As the wine warms and opens out in glass the flavours melt together as well introduce and lemon and green apple quality. The mousse and brioche baked goods qualities remain the same. Balanced and well made with an even finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2029.
