Quiet, softer aromatics with a plush ripe brown pear and yellow apple scent followed by honeysuckle, a clay -like earthy quality and a touch of spice. Fresh, ripe and just dry on the palate with a satin-cream touch, contrasting acidity and core fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet. There’s a light citrus peel quality enhanced by the acid line. Balanced and well made with best drinking from day of purchase through end of summer 2027.
