Paddy Borthwick Pinot Noir Rosé 2025, Wairarapa

A bouquet of ripe red berry fruits, quite tropical too with a red mango suggestions, additional scents of raspberry and red plum, some violet and mineral qualities. On the palate a just dry wine with a light sweet tickle, flavours mirror the bouquet with a nicely citrus layer. Fruity, creamy satin texture with plenty of acidity and freshness. Well made with best drinking from 2025 through end of summer 2027.
