Greenhough Pinot Noir 2015, Nelson

A youthful core of reds then garnet at the rim, bright and polished. A bouquet of Pinosity and style with scents of development as well as primary fruits of strawberries, plums and raspberry. A layer of wood spice and earth then clove and smoke layer in complexity and breadth. On the palate a dry wine with fine chalky tannins and acidity framing fruit flavours reflecting the bouquet, plum and red berry fruits then nut and barrel spices. Delicious and still developing with best drinking from 2027 through 2034+.
