A lovely example with flavours of cape gooseberry and fresh makrut lime, apples and grapefruit then a stony seam of minerality. Crisp and dry with a gooseberry and citrus drive, a strong acid line and fresh fruit core. Well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2027.
