Linden Estate Cabernet Franc 2021, Hawke's Bay

Classic bouquet of dark berries, olive and baking spices, there’s an earthy clay and stony soil quality then scents of blackberry and roasted plums. On the palate a lovely dry wine with a balance between fruit and spices, wood and textures. Tannins have a natural firmness with polish and texture, the acidity carries flavours as well as freshness. Best drinking from 2027 through 2032+.
