Champagne Malard Cuvée Excellence Blanc de Noirs NV, France
Distinctive bouquet of grapefruit and lemon then white fleshed stone fruits - all framed by a fine lees autolysis and medium+ richness. Dry on the palate with a fine mousse, fine bubble and texture that releases more of the autolytic ageing then citrus and apple. Crisp and refreshing, VG complexity and length, well made with best drinking from day of purchase through 2030. An excellent aperitif expression.
