There’s a tickle of sweetness as the wine touches the palate, as well as a tickle of spritz form SO2 application to retain freshness for longer - this adds mouthfeel and liveliness across the palate. The acid line and core fruit flavours work in harmony to present a wine that are flavoursome and lengthy. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2031+.
