Yalumba 'Galway' Vintage Shiraz 2023, Barossa, Australia

Classic Shiraz scents of ripe red berry fruits, some spice and dried herb with moments of licorice and peppercorn. Flavours on the palate suggest red currant and tart raspberry then plum and milk chocolate. The use of oak adds a touch of smoke and tannin. Plenty of acidity and drive. Well made with best drinking from 2025 through 2030.
