Edwin Fox Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2025, Marlborough

A nice bouquet of tropical fruits, gooseberry and lemon. There’s a mineral floral quality and fine lees layer. Crisp and dry with plenty of acidity for freshness and crispness. Needs lots of aeration before drinking so double-decant back into the bottle before service. Best from late 2025 through 2026.
