Dancing Water Limited Release Blanc de Noir 2024, North Canterbury

Pale straw appearance and very bright. A lovely focus and fruit power with aromas and flavours of red apple and pear, a hint of quince then citrus and fine lees. A dry wine with a core of fruit framed by acidity and fine lees. Well made, reflecting the vintage and focused winemaking. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028.
