Distinctive and aromatic, bold and expressive bouquet with a mix of fresh citrus and dried herbs, a stony minerality and layers of sage and basil then apple and pear. Dry, youthful, lots of tension and palate squeeze. Taut and new, salivating and dry on the finish. A wine that needs time to settle into its groove with best drinking likely from early to mid 2026 through 2029.
