A lovely bouquet with intensity and ripeness, fleshy fruit aromas of white and yellow peach, then red apple and grapefruit. There’s a distinctive grassy-hay quality then mineral. Delicious and in balance with a core of fruit flavours that mirror the apple and citrus scents from the bouquet, salinity and wet river stone mineral qualities. Balanced and ready to drink from 2025 through 2027+.
