Great colour intensity and brightness with a bouquet to match - fragrances of yellow apple and lanolin, there’s a gentle waxy quality adding tot eh shape of the aromas. Flowers and mineral lines add complexity and intrigue. Dry, taut, a youthful squeeze, backbone of acidity and flavours of citrus peel and flowers, waxy apples and fine lees. A delicious wine only just beginning to settle and develop, plenty of cellar time ahead if desired. Great drinking today as well with a complex and lengthy finish.
