Aromas and flavours of peaches and gooseberry, there’s plenty of citrus and tropical fruit ideas as well as fresh green herbs and a stony mineral quality. Only just dry with some residual sweetness accentuated by a core of fruit and satin-cream acid line. Balanced, well made and ready to drink, persistent flavours and medium length.
