Bright, fruity and expressive with textures from acidity and some a light wood tannin and lees touches. Crisp and dry with flavours of apple then green peach, mineral stony soil ideas and a layer of spice and lees. Well made, clean, crisp, dry and ready to drinking from early 2026 through 2027.
