An enticing bouquet of green skinned pomaceous fruits, a layer of quince and leesy spice qualities then clay and white flower ideas. A dry wine on the palate with flavours of yellow apple and pear then a touch of quince and white peppercorn suggestions. Fine fruit tannins and acidity frame the core flavours and lead to a balanced, even and nice medium+ finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2027+.
