A completely delicious wine with as much texture and mineral intensity as fruit and youthful power. An off-dry expression packed with fruit intensity and acidity, a fine mealy quality surrounding flavours of lime and fresh makrut leaf, apple and apricot. The wild side of this wine shows through the lees and floral layers and ideas, each underpinned by a backbone of acidity, soil and fruit. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2033+.
