Fantastic bouquet and palate, youthful and taut, an excellent acid line and length, flavours of citrus and new wood, white peach and mineral. There’s a saline edge to the acid line adding additional mouthfeel and finesse. Flavours of grapefruit and white fleshed stone fruits, red apple and unroasted cashew nut. Lengthy and delicious with best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+.
