A lovely wine, silky touch with flavours of pear and red apple, some delicate spice qualities and decent acid line. What I like the most is the mineral and freshness framed by the decent fruit qualities and persistent flavour profile. Balanced and well made, a wine that will suit as an aperitif pour or with fresh seafood dishes. Best drinking from 2025 through 2027.
