Fantastic bouquet, a wine that just gets better the older it gets. Aromas and flavours of baked apple and white flowers. There’s a mineral chalk-like quality, some wool and white clay then a complex spice and pomaceous fruits core. Delicious with plenty of acidity and freshness, depth, complexity and long finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+.
