A delicious wine, very taut and youthful with electric almost stinging acidity, flavours of lemon and makrut lime, gooseberry and apple then a fresh sorrel idea. Very new and taut, crisp and salivating with a dry finish. Delicious wine with best drinking from late 2026, even early 2027 through 2031+.
