Fleshy, ripe, smooth textures with a satin touch. Flavours of pears and yellow apples, some pepper spice ideas and a light beer-lees quality. Nicely balanced wine with flavours of pomaceous fruits framed by acidity and textures from phenolics and alcohol. Well made with best drinking from 2025 through 2027.
